This was an 18th birthday gift for my grand daughter and I was hopeful she would be able to wear it in her graduation ceremony as I couldn't be there for that. I had ordered it in time for that to occur. The stone fell out as soon as my grand daughter put it on. The 4 prongs in the setting had never been curved around the stone.The company did work with us and it was remedied after 3 weeks but she didn't have it back in time to wear in the ceremony. I will not use this company again. It was just remiss to sell it like that and was poor quality control in my opinion. But I will iterate the company did fix the issue but not as timely as I had hoped.
