Failed to see it was not 100M water resistant but only 30M. In the top description it lists 100M. I did scroll down, but I admit I only skimmed. So, beautiful watch, but I really wanted something that could withstand more than just a splash of water, as I live on Kaua`i and it rains so much, that most of my son's 30M watches have died from nothing more than getting wet from rain. He never showers with it, he never washes dishes with it. I am not sure if we want to keep it. Original price of the watch is $350. Not bad for 69.99 but I really thought I was lucking out with 100M at 70 bucks.This is a beautiful watch; and my brother in law loved it so much;;;; however, it was too small and when I called Seiko to try and get additional links, they tell me this watch has been discontinued since 2009 and I cant get links for it.... Trying to figure out now how to get a good deal on another watch so I can get links for the one I originally bought.... My brother in law isn't a big man, so this watch band must be for a smaller wrist....Very please with this purchase of this men diamond seiko watch,it so far has kept right time and it has a manly expensive look,for the price I can't ask for much more
