This is exactly what I was looking for to cover some impossible to remove adhesive left over from a vinyl decal stripe that started falling off and finally had to be removed. This product is a lightweight metal and very easy to install - it slides right into place. There is no adhesive on the back so you'll need to provide your own. I used heavy duty 2-sided tape.
