The ring is beutiful... But the first one they sent me was flawed and they told me it would take a week to get back to me. They had my ring for 29 days for repair, do you know how hard it is to get engaged and then take the ring back and tell her it will only be a week don't worry babe... 29 days later and after i have been on the phone with the company 2 separate times where they didnt know where my ring was which scared the crap out of me. We finally got the ring after christmas and the new years when we went to visit family with no ring. Kind of bull if you tell me
