So I have bought this twice. The first one I did not receive but Amazon made it super easy to get my money back. Customer service, even the automated part, was super easy to navigate and it was so worth buying again. I'd have liked to of had a longer piece on the pen, one which could hold 3 or 6 or even 9 diamonds at a time. It only came with a single though. It's okay though cause what there'd product came out to be was beautiful. I gifted it, so when I go back to my friends house I'll snap a picture. Easy for beginners or advanced.
