Afila muy muy bien, he afilado 7 cuchillos del tirón, menos de 5 minutos por cuchillo y están mejor que nuevos. Tienen un grano muy fino, con los dedos prácticamente no notas rugosidad. La mía tiene algunos defectos estéticos por algún motivo cerca de la punta (es más brillante), pero no parecen afectar a la funcionalidad, y no parece tampoco ser desgaste.
