I wore out my last 8” non-stick frying pan. I used it all the time for eggs and wore off the coating. This pan is different. I can tell it’s never going to wear out. It’s heavy, so if you don’t like heavy pots, this one isn’t for you, but I used it for an omelet and it was great. I also love that it has a lid for when I make frittatas.
