The design of this ring is gorgeous, and the stone was very nice. Quality of the workmanship, however, was not. A gift for a birthday out of town, I ordered it well in advance. She LOVED the ring but it needed to be resized, due to my error in size. So, since the return window had closed, I agreed to pay for the resizing to be done locally by a jeweler. The well known jeweler where she took it for the work, discovered it was not soldered well in several places, and felt it would further compromise the wearability. After contacting the seller and giving them the story, along with quoting the jeweler’s comments, they still would not agree to a refund. The offer they did make was to have me return it to them and it would be replaced with another ring. But, I chose not to, fearful of the same workmanship …I thought that perhaps the shop would want to make it right. I kept the ring and will wear it occasionally. I will be taking the birthday girl out to buy something different, that is the correct size. I still wish this story had a happy ending…the ring was loved…
