It is thin and small, without a doubt, but perfect for my needs. I bought it to wear with a 1.5 carat round blue sapphire set in 14-K yellow gold with a 14-K white gold 6-prong Tiffany setting that I had custom-made by a jeweler. This band matches my custom ring in width, which is what I was concerned with. The two rings are very pretty together and look as if they were made as a set. You could wear this with other eternity bands, but to me it's too thin to wear by itself. The twisted design is flattering, unique, and sparkles just fine. Recommend.
