I installed this foil on the underside of my roof that has cement tiles that hold and radiate heat long after the sun goes down.I live in the East Bay Area outside San Francisco and triple digit temps are common from June thru September. I noticed the difference in the attic as I installed each section. It is time consuming to make the cuts but what a difference. My usage is 10% less than this time last year per my bill. The only change is the attic fan and the radiant barrier I installed. I tell everyone that will listen and know you will be happy with results. PSI watched a few you tube videos prior to purchasing and found product very simple to install but takes time is all.I bought the Stanley electric stapler and 5000 staples and 100 feet of l.e.d. rope lighting that lit the attic like daylight while i worked.
