Works extremely well, leaves a polished end on glass mosaic tile. When cutting it is necessary to go slow and feed the material evenly into the saw. I used a Bosch TC10 wet saw and got very good results. The blade is actually imported from Japan so very high quality and much cheaper than buying a manual glass mosaic tile cutter which was around $400. The blade says to cut the tile upside down however I found that not doing this left better results. However I am sure it depends on the material, practice on a scrap piece first, this way you can get a feel for how it cuts and the best feed rate.
