This pen is great! It is sturdy and does a great job on my diamond art! I have purchased several different types of pens, but this one is the best one so far!!This pen has SO many good qualities! Easy to hold and use! Many tips. The most important is the customer service. My round tip was bent so I reached out the company. They answered me quickly and shipped me out a new set! GREAT customer service and pen!The pen is very sturdy, easy to hold, and comes with various ends that screw off and on easily. I love it and plan to buy a spare for myself and another for my daughter!I’m relatively new to diamond painting. I love the craft and am now working on my 3rd square painting. The square tip is wonderful on this pen! The drills are so much easier to place. I also love the size of the barrel of the pen. I have a smaller hand and it’s been really comfortable to use it for extended periods of time. The rose color is beautiful and actually soothing to look at.It’s has a weight to it, takes a little getting use to after the plastic ones, but works well.I love how pretty and "high end" it looks and feels. After a little while it became heavy. I did not like how it easily rolled of the table.The screw in tips are the BEST! I'll be ordering another one soon.It is big enough to hold,easy to change the heads. I absolutely love y new pen it has made my diamond paintings fun againI suffer with rheumatoid arthritis so ergonomic is a must.Purchased this hoping it would be better for doing diamond art. It certainly is comfortable on the hands and is sturdier than the cheap plastic pens.Update:I have updated and changed part of my review due to this companies phenomenonal customer service.I reached our through their warranty to discuss that I'd had issues with one of their tips and they have completely resolved it.Thank you so much you've made my pass time so comfortable on the hands!This is the best pen I’ve found for the square drills, it’s comfortable and strong-the nib doesn’t immediately bend if you try and move a drill with the nib. Conversations with the sellers have been really lovely and very kind.I love this pen it’s so comfortable to use I like that you can change heads to round or square great value with the attachments I easily diamond painted for 5 hours without changeing pens and I will be buying another one in the futureBeen diamond painting for a while + I find some of the pens uncomfortable to hold as have problems with my hands. But this pen is great it is lightweight + so easy to hold. Love fact that it has both a Round + square tip on it. The added extras where a bonus! I was absolutely shocked & wasn’t expecting all that. 10/10 Customer Service.I had a slight problem with the pen, after using it for 3 days straight, I noticed my thumb skin started to bubble and peel, I contacted them and they’ve mentioned they’re bringing out a new line, however I bought some Ergonomic grips for pens that just slid onto the diamond painting pen and it works wonders.Again 10/10 for the product and the amazing customer service!!
