I received this as a gift from my mom for my 18th birthday, and I absolutely loved it. It's a fairly dressy ring so I waited a couple weeks before I really wore it. I was sitting at dinner and, all of the sudden, the pearl popped out. I called the customer support line and was told that someone from UPS would come pick it up within the next 2 days and that the company would repair the ring. UPS never came. So now I have to call them back and hope that they can actually help me somehow.
